Terms and Conditions

In agreeing to attend a Ready Steady Go Kids Malaysia program I:

  • Release and forever discharge Ready Steady Go Kids Malaysia from all claims that I may have or may have had arising from, or in connection with, my child and a Ready Steady Go Kids Malaysia program; and

  • Indemnify, will keep indemnified and hold harmless Ready Steady Go Kids Malaysia, to the extent permitted by law in respect of any claim as a result of or in connection with a Ready Steady Go Kids Malaysia program.

I warrant that my child has not at any time suffered blackout, seizure, convulsion, fainting, dizzy spells or any other medical condition and is not presently receiving treatment for any illness, disorder or injury which would render it unsafe for my child to take part in a Ready Steady Go Kids Malaysia program. I have read and I consent for my child to participate in a Ready Steady Go Kids Malaysia program and understand the risk involved and further agree to be bound by the Ready Steady Go Kids Malaysia Code of Conduct and operating rules.

I acknowledge that Ready Steady Go Kids Malaysia uses its best endeavours to ensure that the equipment and sporting facilities used in the program are safe and fit for purpose and acknowledge that all sports are inherently dangerous. I have voluntarily read and accept the inherent associated risks. "Ready Steady Go Kids Malaysia" means all directors personally and in their capacity as a partner, director, partners of directors, agents, and any representatives of Ready Steady Go Kids Malaysia. "Ready Steady Go Kids Malaysia Program" include all programs and activities that you or your child participate in during our courses and classes. This includes but is not limited to any organised sport, training, facilities and activities provided by Ready Steady Go Kids Malaysia.

Timetable changes
All classes are subject to change. While Ready Steady Go Kids Malaysia uses its best efforts to operate classes as per the timetable published on this website, in some instances changes are required due to fluctuations in demand. No guarantee is made that classes will run per the timetable. Any changes required will be communicated to those affected prior to the date classes commence.

Cancellation policy
To enable our programme to remain viable we need to have guidelines on refunds. This is because court hire and the number of classes we run need to be arranged for an entire term in advance. Therefore, no refunds are available.

Make-up class policy
If your child is unable to attend a class, a make-up class may be available if we have had prior warning of non-attendance. We cannot guarantee there will be availability in all classes for a make-up class. A maximum of two (2) make-up classes per term are available. Make-up classes do not carry over to the next term and no credit is available for classes missed.

Uniform policy
Ready Steady Go Kids Malaysia has a mandatory uniform policy with all enrolments (excluding trial-class enrolments) required to wear a Ready Steady Go Kids t-shirt or long sleeve shirt to class. There are many benefits associated with wearing a uniform and some of these are outlined on the Ready Steady Go Kids Malaysia blog. To purchase a t-shirt please contact our team.

Fee payment
We only take bookings for an entire term and our fees are structured this way. Unfortunately, we cannot take casual bookings or pro-rata weeks you may be away. Please refer to our make-up class policy for missed classes. All fees must be paid before the commencement of each term. If fees are not paid by this time your child may not attend any class.

Parental participation
Parents and guardians are required to be present for the duration of each class. Ready Steady Go Kids Malaysia is not a registered child care provider and is not therefore licensed to care for children without parental or guardian supervision.

We encourage parental participation and do require some parental involvement in the Ready group (2.5-3 years) to maintain class structure and focus. In many instances, classes are more beneficial for participants, and run more smoothly with the involvement of parents or guardians

Sibling Policy

Siblings of enrolled children are not permitted to particpate in Ready Steady Go Kids Malaysia classes. If you have siblings attending, you must ensure that they remain off the court and do not interfere with any equipment being used throughout the class duration.

Photography
From time to time your child may be photographed or video'd whilst undertaking a Ready Steady Go Kids Malaysia class. Such media might be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to reproduction on the Ready Steady Go Kids Malaysia social media platform. By enrolling in the Ready Steady Go Kids program you agree to such use by Ready Steady Go Kids Malaysia.

Food and drink
It is prohibited for food to be consumed during any Ready Steady Go Kids Malaysia class. ny child found to be consuming food during a class will be asked to leave the court immediately.

Our classes are structured to include a drink break and we request that all children bring a drink bottle with them to each class.
